Hi Jodie. I found you through my stats page in the Red Scarf Blog, then came over here to find that you’ve designed a wonderful unisex scarf that would be perfect for the project. I’m going to check my stash and see what I have that would be fun for this. Beautiful!

So you want the scarf?!? You aren’t asking for much. I willhave to add this scarf to my list to make. I will have to force myself to go to the yarn store and buy some yarn for it.

Got here from MagKnits and just love your scarf pattern. I was wondering does the stitch pattern lay flat on it’s own or is the border required for that? I like the way the border looks, but am intimidated by the bobbin concept. Congratulations on a fantastic pattern.

Thanks you all for the great comments! It’s always a little scary to see if people will like your pattern.

Norma, I’m so glad you mentioned the red scarf project for this pattern. It would be perfect, and I hope you get a red Uniscarfity.
Mia, I wondered if anyone was going to comment on my slip. I wrote that and decided I had to leave it in. Just to funny.
Page, I e-mailed you, but I wanted everyone to know, the stitch pattern does lay flat on it’s own. However, the edges are a lot cleaner looking with the border. The bobbin requires occasional untangling, but nothing else. Oh, and make sure to twist you yarns whenever you change color.

    Happy Knitting!

That’s because the scarf makes you peaceful! Thats why you should make it! Hahaha! I have a subliminal message in my pattern.
